Thank you for choosing us as your accommodation provider – we are excited to have you join our community. Ahead of your move in, we would like to give you some information regarding your key collection and first rent payment.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before collecting your keys. This helps us prepare for your arrival and ensure everything is ready.
Keys can be collected on the date that your tenancy agreement starts.
Available between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Collection point: 74 North Road East, Plymouth, PL4 6AL
You don’t have to collect your keys on a specific day - just visit us at your convenience during our office hours. However, please remember to bring a valid form of ID (an in-date passport or driving/provisional licence).
Our office opening hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday:10:00 AM – 4:00 PM - (Saturday hours vary throughout the year)
Sunday: Closed
Your rent schedule, which is included as part of your tenancy agreement, will state your rent payment amounts and due dates. Rent can be paid on a monthly or termly basis depending on your preference.
