Anytime anything went wrong in my flat I just called them up and it was dealt with super fast, nothing was ever to much trouble! I totally recommend using these guys as the quality of my flat was very high and I loved all the smart little touches. Myself and my partner have been with Student Choice for the past 3 years and we could not be more than happy with our experience. This is the first time we have lived alone and the staff were very friendly to us and made us feel welcome. If we ever had any issues, we would email and get a response quickly after, and we were always given plenty of notice about any visits that were taking place in the property. I previously lived with Student Choice in one of their studios and I can’t recommend them enough. They were great with the viewings, they really listened to what I wanted and tried to match me up with the perfect property. The move-in was smooth and hassle free and they even left chocolates which I thought was a great touch. The studio itself was one of their really modern ones and looked just as great as all the pictures you see, it felt a bit like living in a hotel. I only had one minor maintenance issue during the year which they resolved the day after I reported it and I was kept up to date with this. The staff are all so friendly and kind, as someone living alone for the first time they made me feel safe which I think is really important. Thank you Student Choice!
