*For our residential lets, the minimum initial term is 6 months, which once completed will usually turn into a standard monthly rolling agreement. Our residential lets are exclusive of bills, so the tenant is responsible for paying all of these themselves (e.g. council tax / gas / water / electric / WiFi / TV licence etc.). We do not guarantee any permit parking, we advise each of our potential future tenants to check with the local city council themselves, to confirm the parking or permit situation for the relevant property. We require a deposit for all residential lets, which is the equivalent to X1 months' rent, and this must be paid when signing your tenancy, and then the 1st months rent will need to be paid prior to you collecting your keys from us.*
